Financial planners are often referred to in a variety of ways: as financial planners and (where they are linked to an Australian Financial Services Licensee, such as Charter Financial Planning) as authorised representatives.
A Will is a legal document that allows you to make clear what you want to happen to your estate once you are gone. By having a Will you are able to leave instructions for the distribution of your estate and you can name someone as the executor of your Will to carry out these instructions on your behalf.
To be eligible for a Seniors Card you must meet the following criteria: 60 years or older, a permanent South Australian resident, not working more than 20 hours per week in paid employment (part-time and casual employees may average their hours over a 12 month period).
Advance Care Directive is a legal document where a person is able to write down his or her instructions, wishes and preference for the future health care, accomodation and personal matters, and/or appoint one or more substitute decision makers who are people chosen to made decisions on his or her behalf.
