MedicAlert Bracelets

Medical ID provides for a quick regognition of your medical conditions, allergies, medications or treatment wishes this leads to faster and more effective medical treatment.Medical ID braclets reduce treatment errors which may result from not having a paitents health record during an emergency situation or upon hospital admission

Guardianship

A person who is unable to make certain decisions about their personal health and living circumstances due to mental incapacity has their rights and interests protected by the law. SACAT can appoint a guardian under a guardianship order to make accommodation, health and lifestyle decisions to support a person who has mental incapacity.

Dementia Safe Return

The Safe Return is a joint initiative between Alzheimer’s Australia South Australia, and the South Australia Police to help ensure the safety of people at risk of becoming lost. The program enables the rapid identification and return home of people who become lost by using a unique ID code engraved on a secure bracelet. The details of the person at risk of becoming lost are accessible only by you and the SA Police.

Personal Alarms

A personal alert system is a device that enables people to call for help in an emergency if they are unable to access or use a telephone.

Aged Rights Advocacy

Aged Rights Advocacy service is an independent, rights based organisation, providing advocacy support. It is an independent, rights based organisation which aims to promote and protect the rights and well-being of older people.

Aged Care Complaints

The Aged Care Complaints Commissioner provides a free service for anyone to raise their concerns about the quality of care or services being delivered to people receiving aged care services funded by the Australian Government.
